6FF9: The command line being read

What READ_LINE fills from the keyboard and the tokeniser reads, ended by a carriage return. The game also fills it itself: on the very first turn the main loop copies LOOK and a return in from LOOK_COMMAND and skips READ_LINE, which is how the opening description appears without anybody typing it. scripts/hobbit_drive.py uses the same way in.
