8B81: The keyboard scan's working bytes
Eight masks, one per half-row, of keys that never count as pressed on their own -- CAPS SHIFT and SYMBOL SHIFT among them; then the half-row and bits of the last new key found; then the eight half-rows as last seen, which is how SCAN_KEYBOARD knows a key is new.
