The words LIGHT YEARS for the panel, in the printer's form (PRINT_TEXT): a colour byte, then the text, the last character with bit 7 set (LIGHT_YEARS_TEXT_END). The colour byte is written by COLOUR_PANEL before every printing; on the tape it is 'E'.
