BF2F: Copy a 16 by 8 pixel patch from the buffer to the screen
Used by the routines at LOOSE_VALVE and EXTRA_LIFE.
Works out the screen address (CALC_VRAM_ADDR) and the buffer address (CALC_VIDBUF_ADDR) of the position, then copies 8 rows of 2 bytes (BLIT_TO_SCREEN). Used for the lives (EXTRA_LIFE) and the chambers activated (LOOSE_VALVE), which change without the whole screen being redrawn. As Knight Lore's blit_2x8.
