C8D5: Draw the candidate and start the next pass
Used by the routine at SORT_AND_DRAW.
The end of the list was reached with nothing found that has to be drawn before the candidate. Its entry is marked drawn (bit 7), the candidate chain emptied, the object counted in DRAW_WORK and drawn (CALC_PIXEL_XY_AND_RENDER); then back to the top of the list for the next. IY_GOES_FIRST comes in at DRAW_AND_NEXT_PASS to draw an object that closes a circle.
