Fairlight: Routine at FC9C

FC9C: Test the mover's box, moved, against the record at IX only

Used by the routine at MEET_DECOY.

MEET_DECOY tries each axis of a blocked move against the one object the move ran into. C is holding the axes, so the mover's x length is taken from its working copy (IY+$6D) for the test and C given back after.
