BCCA: Draw the day label on the panel

Used by the routine at no_delay. Prints day_txt with the four-glyph font at day_font, at x=$70, y=$0F. Its colour is worked out from the room's colour in $5BAD: the ink is (1 - room ink) mod 8, bright, on black, so the label changes colour with the room.
