BEA3: Set the FLASH bit on one of a list of colours
Used by the routine at flash_menu.
Sets bit 7 of the Ath byte and clears it on the others.

A which one to set, from 0
B how many colours
HL the first colour; on exit, the byte after the last
toggle_selected BEA3 AND A A=0: this first one is the chosen one
