D3C6: Build the objects of the room the player has entered
Used by the routine at build_room.
Turns one room record from location_tbl into object records, filling the object table from record 4 ($5C88) upwards and clearing whatever is left after the last one. Records 0 to 3 are not touched here. The first two are the player's; build_room calls find_special_objs_here next, which fills from record 2 ($5C48) with the special objects that are in this room.
Every fixed part of the room -- walls, arches, doors, blocks, spikes -- becomes an ordinary 32-byte object, the same as a guard or a ghost. There is no separate background picture: the room is drawn by drawing its objects.
