CFB2: Is one of his bolts touching this object?
Used by the routine at WELL.
Tests the two bolt records against IX with the intersection test in BOLT_HIT, which counts boxes within two units of each other as touching.
The two slots are not tested alike: the first goes in past BOLT_HIT's test for a puff (graphics 64 to 71, what a bolt becomes when it hits something), so a puff there still counts; the second goes in before it, and a puff there does not. Watched: as shipped, the bucket came after 7 shots; with both slots treated alike, after 32.
