Reached through UPDATES. When something lands on it -- the collision code gives what it lands on its step in Z, so a non-zero step means something is standing on it this turn -- it takes the step back and orders the robot in control to stand still (order 1). Stepping off it passes control to the other robot, as stepping off a button does (REMOTE_ROBOT).
