B676: The sound of a crash
Used by the routines at SCENE_TOOL and THUD_ON_LANDING.
Sixteen blips of two waves at pitches read from the first 8K of the ROM, less their top bits: the address is the random number in the low byte and the turn counter's low five bits in the high one, so it differs every time. Used by SCENE_TOOL and THUD_ON_LANDING. As Knight Lore's crash sound.
