Twelve entries of four bytes, as TRANSFER_SPRITE reads them: the graphic, the flags (bit 6 mirrored, bit 7 upside down), then x and y in pixels, y counting up from the bottom of the screen. DISPLAY_PANEL draws some once and repeats others along a line. Two entries a line.
