BC66: Print the day count on the panel
Used by the routines at no_delay and inc_days.
Two BCD digits from $5BB9 into the buffer at the bottom of the panel (y=7, column 15), then makes their two attribute cells bright white directly on the screen. inc_days copies the digits to the display.
