Nightshade: Data at C962

DISPLAY_MENU prints the menu's eight lines from three lists: an attribute each (bit 7, the flash, is set on the lines chosen, FLASH_MENU), where each goes on the screen, and the text.

The positions are x and y in pixels, y counting up from the bottom of the screen, as CALC_VRAM_ADDR takes them. The layout is Alien 8's and Pentagram's: the title, the four control methods and directional control, the start line and the copyright line. The colours: bright magenta for the title, bright green for the methods, bright cyan for directional control, bright white for the last two.
