C789: The second pillar of an arch (graphics 7 and 9)
A doorway is two pillars, and this one only sets its drawing offset: the first pillar (FIRST_PILLAR) does the work. An arch in a wall of constant V is mirrored (bit 6 of its flags); one in a wall of constant U is not.
