B8A9: The game is won: the arrival screen
Used by the routine at GAME_ENDED.
Jumped to from GAME_ENDED when WON is set. Clears the buffer, blanks the screen with bright red attributes, prints the seven lines of the arrival text -- the station arrived and slowed, the activation circuits held, all crew systems go -- clearing TEXT_SHOWN first so that the list also draws the border and shows the screen, then plays the arrival tune to its end, waits about fourteen seconds or for a key, and goes on to the summary as for a lost game. As Knight Lore's game_complete_msg.
